Registration for Enriching Character by Balancing Head & Heart Program
As a parent, I fully understand that Study Help provided by Anata Seva Trust (AST) is a voluntary effort. I will be fully responsible for the safety and conduct of my child and will be taking care of my child before and after the study hours and picking up the child immediately after the tuition ends. I will not be holding either AST or their teachers responsible for any incidents my child will be involved during the study period.
